Q: What do I need to provide?
A: E-mail us your: 1) logo, 2) contact info, 3) photo or cartoon character, to email@example.com. We’ll collect your charge card info over the phone. Please do not e-mail charge card information for security reasons.
Q: Do I get to see a sample proof before the campaign is started?

A: We begin campaigns on the first of each month.
Q: If I need my campaign to start on a specific day (not the first of the month), is that possible?
A: Yes, but there is a $49 fee because we have to customize the database to make this happen.
Q: What time of the day are the posts made?
A: They alternate between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm each day. This way, your posts reach morning users and evening users.
Q: Can I change the time the posts are deployed?
A: During the initial set up of the campaign, you can request whatever times you like, although research shows that our standard times deliver the best results. If you want to change the times after your campaign is running, there is a $99 alteration fee because we have to make significant changes to the database. You are limited to two times, that alternate between days, or you can choose the same time for every day.
Q: What is the best time of day to post, and why?
A: People tend to use social media during their down time – either first thing in the morning, or in the evening, after dinner, sometimes while they are watching TV. During the workday is a bad time because many companies block, or discourage, Facebook at the office. Weekends get a lot of social media activity throughout the day and evening hours.
Q: Can I change the image (photo or cartoon)?
A: Yes, but if you do it after the campaign is under way, there is a $99 fee because we have to change it on all 409 posts.
Q: Does Fun Feed® do anything to recognize holidays?
A: Yes. Each holiday has special posts assigned to it, so your message is appropriate for, and recognizes the holiday.
Q: How much does it cost:
A: There is a $199 set up fee, plus a $69 monthly subscription fee, with a 3-month minimum. Billing occurs on the first of each month. Pay as you go. Cancel any time after the initial 3 months.

Q: How do I cancel my Fun Feed® subscription?
A: Simply e-mail or call us with your request. It may take up to 24 hours to discontinue the postings.
Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: Sorry, no – everybody gets the same great deal!
Q: How much does it cost to have caricature drawn of myself from a photo?
A: Caricatures cost $99. They include two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction, but please understand the nature of a caricature is to exaggerate unique features, so don’t expect it to be like a glamor shot.
Q: How much are your cartoon brand mascots?
A: A low resolution version of a pre-designed mascot, from our library of 14,000 images, costs $29, and is suitable quality for online applications, but doesn’t give you enough detail if you want to use it on signs, t-shirts and larger applications. High resolution versions of the images are available for $69 each. Each of our mascots is also available in its own clip art set, featuring the cartoon character in a variety of poses so you can use him for other marketing purposes.
Q: How much is a custom designed cartoon brand mascot?
A: Design fees range from $200 to $300, depending on complexity. Call 816-366-0199 for a quote.
Q: Does everyone who has a Fun Feed® subscription use the same content?
A: Yes, but it is customized with your image, your logo, and your contact info. We can shuffle the order of your content so it does not deliver on the same day as any other subscriber, but because we have to keep the holiday content in place, and make sure the question/answer posts stay in tandem with each other, it takes considerable effort and there is a $99 fee.
Q: Can I use my own cartoon character instead of one by Toons4biz®
A: Yes – of course!
Q: Why does the type alternate colors between posts?
A: So people can tell, at a glance, that each post is different.
Q: Can I change the font for the posts?
A: Yes, but we have to do it on 409 separate files, so there is a $99 upcharge.
Q: How long is a subscription for?
A: There is a 3 month minimum. After that, it goes on indefinitely until you cancel it. Each month, we’ll charge you $69 until you cancel.
Q: Do any of the posts repeat?
A: No, not within the first year. After 12 months, we recycle the posts, but also include a lot of new content, so each subsequent year has a good mix of new humor, along with some of the best from the past.
Q: What is Facebook’s EdgeRank?
A: It’s Facebook’s way of measuring the value of a post, determining how many other people’s timeline it will appear on. It’s a factor of timeliness, engagement and affinity. The Fun Feed® system is designed to give you maximum visibility based off of the EdgeRank algorithm.
Q: Can I customize the content, or posts?
A: Not for the automated posts. If you need to post something specific to your business, do it directly. The purpose of the automated posts is to draw people in by entertaining them, so that when you DO post something about your business – you have an army of engaged followers who are paying attention.
Q: Can I see all of the 409 posts?
A: Sorry, but that is part of our proprietary recipe, and we are constantly adding to it.
Q: Would the humor offend anyone?
A: Highly unlikely. None of it makes reference to race, religion or politics. Our editorial team weeds out sarcastic and mean-spirited humor. Everything is carefully crafted to delight and entertain.
